Your heart is just broken.... I know you've probably heard this many many times, but time will help. I have felt that way myself quite a few times, but you will get over it and move on. Before you know it things will get better.

I think that you are just a little depressed. As the saying goes time heals all wounds. What happened in the past two weeks that got you feeling like this again. My mom use to always tell me the way to get over an old love is to go out and get another one. I know that may seem hard at first but to be honest it sounds like its the best thing for you right now. All I'm saying is try to go out and have a good time. Think about what makes you happy. Don't let anyone stress you out enough to were you don't want to get out of bed. That means they have a hold on you and that's not good. Be strong. Everything will be fine.

You are depressed, in my opinion. Some things you can try: Exercise, volunteering, hobbies, support groups. But get out and get busy, this will help to relieve your depression and should help you to sleep better. Call a friend, talk about it. It is best NOT to hide your feelings, as this only makes things worse. Confide in a good friend that you can trust. Go to church and start a personal relationship with God. He will help you better than anyone else. As a last resort, see a doctor. But believe me, I know what you are going through, because it happened to me, only I was married with three children. It is very hard to deal with but I tell you from experience that it will get better. You have to get the upper hand on these feelings before they completely overtake you. Start today. Get out, take some nice long walks, go out and volunteer your time to someone that is disabled. Just get yourself involved with other people. You will see, this will work. Good luck to you.

Sounds like depression and maybe mild panic attacks. I think that that's pretty normal after the break up of a four year relationship, but if it's really bothering you a lot or interfering with work or school you should talk with your doctor.

Good luck; things will get better...you just be patient, okay? :)

That's a broken heart, for sure. If you find out how to fix it, let me know.

You will get through this.

PLEASE LISTEN TO ME. DO NOT GO SEE A PSYCHIATRIST.

DO NOT!!!!!!!!!!

They will diagnose you with a disorder.... probably bipolar and they will medicate you for the rest of your life.
