Take tons of vitamin C capsules...preferably 1000 mg capsules. Airborne I found also works really well before you have to go somewhere and rest and water. Hope that helps!

I doubt you'll feeling by tomorrow, but here goes, take Tylenol or Ibuprofen for your fever, follow directions on the bottle, drink lots of juice and fluids,ginger- ale etc, chicken soup is no joke,it works wonders with sore throat and chest congestion etc.Gargle with warm salt water will help with throat pain.I would suggest that you see the MD tomorrow, for some antibiotics, you may have a "strep throat" its an epidemic in the south, most school systems are closed for sickness. Take care. SW RNP

If you are just having a sore throat, then getting some soothing sore throat medicine from your local pharmacy will do. But if you have a temperature above 38.5 deg C, then see a doctor soonest is good for you. The fever may be an indication of other problems. And have plenty of rest. Wish you a speedy recovery.
