She does not tremble when sleeping. I have two other dogs so I know they do have twitching while sleeping. This is more of a tremor in her neck, its not a seizure and she is not disoriented at all. She is eating fine & plays fine. You will only notice it when she lays down otherwise you dont see anything.

This is pretty common.Puppies and even adult dogs twitch & shake during sleep. As long as he isn't disoriented when he wakes up, doesn't lose control of bowels & bladder during these episodes, and acts normal other wise I wouldn't worry. I would just keep an eye on him. If anything out of the ordinary occurs I would consult with a veterinary neurologist.

is your dog sleeping while this is occuring? If it is, they could be dreaming and most puppies that are sleeping will have twitches. I'm an owner of a black lab and his whole body twitches when he sleeps

Is the dog sleeping when it twitches? If so, it's probably just dreaming! If it's not sleeping, I would get a 2nd opionion...
