wow!! My daughter just turned 10 and all I keep thinking is that if it were her....I would want to know! You've got to talk to her parents about this, she is entirely TOO young to be talking like that. I think its great that you're concerned about her, you seem like a good friend.

You should tell a teacher at school. Your friend has disclosed something that relates to physical abuse and a possible pregnancy -whether it is true or not! Leave it in the hands of the school/social dept and if it is true, you will have sought the help that is required, and if it is not true, then your friend might just be mortified and embarrassed enough not to lie again. Best of luck to you and well done for seeking advice :) :)

Tell your teacher. She will know what to do to help. If you don't trust the teacher, find one you do trust in the school or the principal.
A 10 year old girl COULD be pregnant. So she should NOT have a boyfriend. She could have a boyfriend too, and he could have punched her.
Tell someone you trust so they can help. If she is lying to get attention, telling someone can help her too, just in a different way.

Go to the school nurse or the school counselor, and tell them what you just told us, this is something an adult needs to handle.
You are a good friend to want to help, but your friend needs some counseling and this is a tough issue. You can still be there for her, don't call her a lier, but you do not have to believe her either. Don't even argue, just listen but do not comment.

Your friend probably doesnt know what she is talking about.. at 10 years old there is more things to being exploring and sex is definatly not one of them.. you need to sit her down and tell her that if she goes around accusing this guy of getting her pregnant and it turns out she is not.. not only does she look like a fool, but who will want to trust her, and be her friend? Its really hard to believe something like that.. You need to bring her parents into this if you believe her!!! If she IS pregnant she is So young and needs to get to a Dr. fast... tell her these things.. be blunt with her!

Ok, at 10 years old and she is pregnant? Why isn't she still playing with barbies..... I would tell an adult... and get a new friend, cause if she is really pregnant at 10 years old that is not a friend you want to have.

she may just want attention...however...if you are her friend you must stick with her on this...even if she isn't pregnant she needs you as her friend...she is crying out for help...
you do need to tell an adult...any adult in a school situation especially a teacher, principal, counselor, is required to handle the situation by law...your friend need not know that you told...if you don't want her to know that you told tell an adult that you trust in the school and explain how you feel...

I'd say the girl has some issues and wants attention. She isn't really even old enough to get pregnant since she probably doesn't have her period yet. Draw that fact to her attention and talk to one of the school faculty/staff that you trust about this.
