Child Abuse is against the law. First you should tell your parents about this it maybe hard to but would you rather see your friend die from harm. Here 1st go to a police station if you can if not call these numbers 1-877-237-0004
According to the law, all persons (including doctors, mental health professionals, child care providers, dentists, family members and friends) must report suspected cases of child abuse or neglect. Failure to report child abuse or neglect is a violation of the law. If you believe a child has been abused or neglected call the county Children's Services office, the juvenile court or the chief law enforcement officer in your area. You have 24 hour availability for reporting child abuse please do repot or search for numbers where you can report child abuse. Do the right thing.

You need to tell someone. If she has bruises because of him then she needs to get away from him. If she doesn't get away from him soon she may never feel like she can have a normal relationship. She needs help. Tell a teacher, school counselor, principal... Pick to tell someone that you know will actually do something. Call a social worker. You never have to tell her that you told, but she needs your help. Save her life by telling. Be courageous! Good luck!

You can call social services or the police. If she has bruises on her, when social services come to the home they will see that & take her away. Please advise her she should tell or you will,or she needs to get in contact with a family member that will take her in & help, but regardless the father needs to be arrested, and locked up for that.

She has to help herself. If you report it to the authorities and they show up unannounced and she happens to be scratch free that day, and he lies and charms his way out of it only to have the authorities leave, that leaves her in a dangerous if not deadly situation. Try and encourage her to report him herself. Other than that, you can be a friend and listen. That's all that you can do. Been there done that. I speak from experience. I hope she gets out.

First of all pray for her. Second of all find out any information that would help her and give it to her. Third continue to be her friend and let her know how much you care about her but what her father is doing to her is unexceptable and she needs to report him to the law.
