WHAT IS THE MEANiNG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...
ok I really like this guy and I can not tell if he likes me also. He is very friendly and nice to everyone. He IM's me sometimes and also he is in my group of friends so we do things together as a group a lot. I seriously can not tell if he likes me or not becuase he is just so nice to everyone including me. Is there anyway I can let him know that I am interested in him... I do not think it is right for a girl to ask a guy out so that is out of the question. latley he has been like oh we should go to the movies or whatever and says he will call but he never does.... What does this mean???? Please help what should I do!!!

the next time he says "we should go to the movies" make sure first of all he has your phone number. or make plans right there and then...
if there is a movie that you want to see say to him hey remember you said we should go to the movies?? how about going to see............go dutch.....that way there is no pressure!!

When he mentions going to a movie, etc. follow up on it. Say something like what movie did you have in mind? Be specific ask him when, where, what. He may be nice but still be shy around girls. Give this guy some help for heavens sake. Someone has to make a move or you will never get together. Sounds to me like he has been showing interest. What do you want him to do--hit you over the head with a club and drag you off to a cave! Just kidding. Some guys don't like doing the telephone thing. They prefer to do their asking person to person so they can read the body language. What have you done to show this guy you like him? A nice smile always helps.

Okay, calm down first off. He seems like a great guy, and seems to like you. Although you can never tell when someone is that friendly to everyone. Your best bet is to act like you like him, flirt with him, that doesn't mean you have to ask him out, but you have got to make your feelings known! Guys have no clue and though you may think you are making them clear, sometimes you have to literally go up to them and stare them in the face and tell them. Don't worry, the worst that could happen is you could get embarrassed for a few days, as for the phone call thing, again he may not know you really like him. Give it a shot!

He's acting like a typical friend. Nothing more. If you are interested in him, say so. If you want him to make the first move, then patience is in order but why put your life 'on hold' waiting??
I suggest just take this time to get to know him better then later you will know if he is truely a good catch or not. There are so many others out there if not.

just call him, or text him and ask if he wants to go get a drink or go grab something to eat. then see how it goes when its just the 2 of you. if you dont put yourself out there and ask him out he may never ask you. maybe he does like you but he could be too nervous & afraid to ruin the friendship. sometimes girls have to step up & ask guys out! there is nothing wrong with a female taking some initiative. you could miss out on a lot of great guys by never asking any out. just go for it girl :)

just tell him how you feel. point blank. dont be shy. some guys like it when girls make the first move. its kinda hard b/c i dont know how old this guy is. if hes not too young then he'll respect the fact that you were honest and he'll be straight forward with you too. if u dont want to tell him then hint around. flirt with him and make suggestions. have your friends mention yall two getting together and see what he says.

My only advice is that you should call him. Otherwise, write it off and stop expecting him to call. He's already proven that he won't.
Unless you are willing to just pick up the phone and be a big girl, there is nothing more you can do. You can't make him call. Move on.

If he promises to call and never does, it may be that he's unable to muster the courage to tell you straight up that he's not interested in you. But that's the message for sure. So start looking elsewhere and stop wasting your time.

Next time he mentions like we should go to the movies just flat out and say, "That would be great and I would like to go with you. What movie shall we go see.?" Problem settled. Also ask your gf about him.
