Well, that's the simplest question on here. Teenage boys think of sex 24 hours a day. It's the first thing when they wake up, the last thing when they go to bed. Hard to believe, but true.
Note to your daughter - my dad would never let me or my older sister have boys in the house without him home. I couldn't figure out why. I would always tell him, "Dad, they're just friends!" (and to think I actually believed it!) My dad taught me then that I can see a boy as just a friend, but it is positive that a boy will think of a girl sexually no matter what. Not to mention, they will have sex with you without thinking of consequences, hurting you, and especially "love." A boy will do anything to get in your pants. I know it sounds so harsh, but trust me. I always had guy friends and never thought they were like that. In fact, I thought they were "sweet" and "looked out for me." A lot of teen guys are great, and they can be friends. But, please, please don't learn the hard way that they ARE thinking of sex ... with you. Even if you don't want to accept it. Some things are just learned over time. Another thing, trust your mom - she wants nothing but good for you. (Lesson learned over a loooong period of time - didn't I wish I knew that back then?)

All the time, they've reached puberty, found something new they
never thought about! After the pubic hairs are there and they and

A recent Dateline program on this subject said they have a sexual related thought about every 52 seconds. This pretty much agrees with my own personal experience as a teen.

Now that I'm in middle age I find that I sometimes go several minutes in between sexually related thoughts.

Must be old age catching up to me.
