Mine is pretty rubbish, over 40, over weight (lost a lot but still have a lot to go), high blood pressure (under control with meds), diabetic (diet and exercise control), chronic kidney disease (dietary and meds control), and unfit ( but getting there) other than that I just have a temperamental liver that ensures I go yellow once in a while and a prolapsed vertebral disc. I sound like I'm about to fall to pieces any second! You gotta larf :D

My health. I have degenerative spine disease, all of my disc are ruptured. I'm almost 50, had a heart attack at 38. I've had 9 surgeries, liver & kidneys have all shut down last time I was in the hospital. I'm on Disability, high blood pressure is under control at last. Broke my neck in 98 they could find the breaks in 2 vertebras 4 over 1 year. That surgery did more damage than good. Scare tissue from all surgeries is growing & hurts. I have not felt my R. foot in 3 years due to pinched nerves. I take 10 pills everyday just to get relief from my pain. The old saying "if you have your health your a wealth man" is so true. If I had not been so invincible when I was younger I might not be this beat up now. I was told I had the internals of a 80 year old woman. That's my current health, I'm not even going in to the broken bones, Flat line dead twice or any more. If U want to hear the whole story contact me.
