ok my boy friends best friend likes me................a lot!!!!!!!!!!
it all started like 3 months ago
my boyfriend (lets call him ryan)
and him best friesnd(lets call him jon)

so before ryan and i started going out ryan would come to my locker at the end of the day every day with jon. so latter like 2 weeks after i asked ryan out and he said yes. but i then heard that jon liked me and was going to ask me out before i asked ryan out!
so now that ryan and i have been dating for like 1 1/2 months jon decides to come out and tell ryan that he likes me.
to make matters worse jon is going out with my best friend (lets call her nikki) and she knows about it!!!!!!!!
so since ryan knows he is kinda mad at jon for liking me.
but thats not all nikki likes my boy friend ryan!!!!!!!
what do i do?
how do i act around jon?
would it be mean to kiss ryan infront of jon?
help me!!!!
and should I keep nikki away from ryan?
oh yea ryan flirtts with nikki at times

The question is, what do you want the outcome to be?

If you want to continue to see Ryan, it may be at the perril of having Nikki and/or Jon as friends, because as time wears on the situation may get more and more tense.

If Ryan is flirting with Nikki, does he really like/respect you? Are you sure it's worth losing a friend over? Maybe having him around her to test him to see wheather or not he'll keep doing it is a good idea. Of course, Jon can't be around...
If he keeps flirting, be blunt with him that it's not acceptable to treat your friend that way.
If Nikki was really serious about Ryan, and Ryan was still flirting with Nikki, you might have to let go of him down the track...There will always be other fish in the sea...
Ryan is maybe one of the really popular nice guys that loads of girls have crushes on, these guys come and go and can be hard to nail down. Alternatively, mates are similar people so you and Nikki just might like the same thing. I would put money on one of you being happy with him, and happier than the other. Try to work out which one.

Around Jon, treat him as a friend. If you act any other way you'll acknowledge the feelings and could make it worse. Ryan is your boyfriend, you have every right to kiss him.

If Jon and Nikki don't like each other, why are they dating? Maybe they should start seeking other people and it would calm this situation down as well.

Yea, the days of the teenie boopers are so complicated. That is cuz you do not have to worry about food, rent, car payments, or even kids. So you should just stick with who you like. But this is not a "I am going to marry Ryan" relationship. So you should break it off with Ryan, especially since he flirts with Nikki. Tell him that you need your space. Now in the adult world, if Ryan really cared he would not be flirting and you would not have to worry about Nikki. ok. i'd say STICK WITH THE ORIGINAL PLAN. Continue going out with whoever you're with; there was obviously something to cause a 'spark of chemistry' in the first place. this may confuse at first but this is whats what. nikki and ryan are the only people with a problem here. jon is a good man for admitting this to ryan. nikki shouldnt even be relevant. she may be mad at jon but thats his problem. if shes mad at you then shes at fault no one else . ryan shouldnt care, hell i "stole" my girlfriend from one of my best friends and we are ok. these things shoudlnt get between good friends. if anyones mad at anyone else then that person is the problem.
