I'm guessing you mean, 'if you want...' not 'I you want....'
anyway, it's:
Si vous voulez, vous pouvez aller sur <...................> pour découvrir plus de mon école
If you want, you can go on <.........................> to discover more about my school

It depends on the context. Are you talking to someone in particular, or just anyone (as in, "If one wants one can...")?
If you're speaking to a friend and you're actually asking him/her to go on the site, use the following.
"Si tu veux tu peux aller sur... pour mieux connaître mon école."
If you're talking to an adult you don't know very well or a group of people and inviting them to visit the site, use the following.
"Si vous voulez vous pouvez aller sur... pour mieux connaître mon école."
If you're stating that anyone who wants to go on the site can you should probably use the following, meaning that anyone can go to the site. If you don't understand what I mean about who you're talking to (I realise this isn't very clear!), the chances are you mean this one, so the following is the one I recommend.
"Si on veut on peut aller sur... pour mieux connaître mon école."
