First off don't blame yourself! Second if he loves you enough to marry you, and have a baby with you, he loves you enough to be supportive and understanding in this situation, just understand that it's going to hurt for awhile, but it will get better. Having a memorial service with family may help with the lose, not talking about how you're feeling is the only thing you don't wanna do. As far as telling your fiance, just tell him. Don't sugar coat it, these things do happen. The sooner it's known the sooner the grieving and healing process can begin.

just be honest and tell him in a comfortable atmosphere. Don't blurt it out for heaven's sake. Be gentle.

Make sure that the two of you are alone, and tell him that you miscarried. Tell him how you are feeling, and ask him how he is feeling...keep in your mind that its not your fault.
