Is the 'bump' more of a pimple, or more of an under-the-skin growth?
I'd let the 'pimple'type heal naturally, but for the other kind, I'd get to a doctor.
Good Luck!

If it's just a bump like on the skin, it's no big deal. Probably some kind of skin irritation or such. It will probably go away in a few days unless it's a wart. If it's a wart, then you'll have to have it taken off. If you feel a lump inside of the skin, go to the doctor.

that depends on the type/size of the bumb.. is it inside? get checked for possible cancer.. is it on the surface? there are some natural small bumbs on mens testies at the base of the hair.. is it a pimple? no big deal.. is it something else?? maybe an ingrown hair.. maybe an std.. if you can't figure out what it is, it doesn't go away, or it keeps coming back/spreading.. then see a doctor.

Well if it's not a pimple or an ingrown hair or something that is on the inside and feels like it is not supposed to be there then go to the Dr and get it checked.

does it hurt? Is it squishy or a solid lump? Might be best to go to the docs - rule out anything sinister such as cancer

How big is the bump? If it's 6" or bigger, it's probably a *****. Go out and get laid.
