this is a riddle that needs to be answered, and if its so easy why has it not been answered yet?

Question

there's an open field with nothing but grass in it and the only thing in this field is a tree, that stands 10 stories high. There's only one branch on this tree and hanging from this branch is a man, his hands are tied his feet are tied and the only thing that he's holding on with is his teeth. An old man walks up and looks at the man and asked him a question how does he answer? HE HAS TO ANSWER WITHOUT USING SOUND OR MOVEMENT HOW DOES HE ANSWER? (THE OBJECT OF THIS RIDDLE IS TO ANSWER WITHOUT DIEING...HOW DOES HE ANSWER???
P.S. and yes he does answer.

this is a zen question that zen people need to answer before getting to some level and like the queston about a tree falling and no one hearing it, the answer doesnt matter its how you get there
