Maybe. Maybe empathy isn't well-enough defined. There may be conflict between two interests, and empathy can't resolve it. There might need to be something more basic, or more complex, to be the #1 yardstick.

IN MY PERSONAL OPINION I WOULD PUT THE RELIGION FIRST OR SHALL WE SAY SPIRITUALITY FIRST BECAUSE IT CAN SHOW THE EMPATHY BECAUSE YOU ARE MORE FLEXIBLE. BECAUSE I WAS ALWAYS TAUGHT THAT GOD IS LOVE. PLUS YOU HAVE SOME PEOPLE WHO DON'T FEEL RELIGION OR HAVE A CLUE ABOUT IT
