right under my chin on the right i have this sore/pimple
it hurts like a mofo. i cant pop it or move my face or put pressure on it. i need to make it go away over night

first of all... HANDS OFF!!! the more you mess with it the worse itll get. get some peroxide... clean the area , and then apply an antibiotic, or a benzoyl peroxide solution... there is no guarantee this will go away overnight, the best medicine is prevention... you need a cleansing routine, get one you can stay with. its not alot of work, just remember to do the simple cleansing routine... you also may want to try a weekly facial
steam... like in the shower and weekly scrub...
most of all, dont pick... they get worse, and can lead to scarring... try a routine like pro active... real simple gets what you got and prevents what you dont... good luck!!

Put a mall amount of metho or turps on it, this will cause a white head to appear then pop it. Its the best way to get rid of it. Dont worry the metho/turps doesnt sting and I know it sounds weird but it works

I did too, but walgreens has facial sponges with a slightly rough texture that works really well. I also use sulfer soap from the beauty supply store. Using the soap on the sponge before bedtime reduces them by morning.
