i hope not long , but on the other hand (comment bellow) i hope it is not when we swear in the new president only because by doing this it will completly ruin what we have already done and make things even worse than they are so i think although its hard and i hate being there that we should stick it out untill we finish .
we have a good army in the war and we can win so......

There are 3 solutions as long because it takes to get the job carried out (Bushspeak) Or doing the mathematics pondering 2 components. The predicted kind of insurgents/terrorists and the on a regular basis kill, it is going to take somewhat much less then one hundred years. Thats if each and every little thing maintains to be equivalent. Or the individuals get so bored to death, like they did over Nam, and congress is so frightened of being voted out of potential, they they defund the warfare. i'm going to decide for the final difficulty in 2009 or 10. =============== existence is so common, yet we insist on making it complicated Confucius 551 - 479 BC =============== Peace Jim .

I hope it will be over with soon but the stupid president wants us over there for atleast another year. If you watch the movie "why we fight" it tells you that he never planned on having our troops leave. Now you have them saying that Iran is providing Iraq with weapons so it will probably be just a short time before he declares war against Iran.

Why the hell is this question always being fcuking posted? Here is the answer-guess we won't know, until we are told so. Either we finish the job, or the douche who takes the next seat in the white house, will halt and bring the troops home. Simple. Quit asking the same damn question, over and over and over and over again, everyone else here has asked!!!GEEZ!

Even though we want to control things, war is not done on a time schedule and usually lasts longer than this one. It will hopefully end when we have reached a victory.

2009, when the next president gets sworn in and they debate it a little, if our next president wants to remain in iraq, then start picturing vietnam war protests and speeches against it all over again

I guess it will continue for a few more years, and I don't think it will lead to a global war.

until 2009. anybody that wants to win in 2008 will need to have "leaving Iraq" as part of their platform.

Iraq is not the REAL problem. Iran will ally with Russia and together they will attempt to destroy Israel. It's coming folks.
