Yes, I believe.
There is alot of evidence of young children born with natural talents that could only have come from no where else. ( Mozart ) In addition to numerous documented evidence of memories of former lives. Then you have "Soul mates", couples reunited in life again. My personal theory is there is a male soul and female soul, at time these souls reenter into a new life and at times enter the body of a child that was not intended for these souls and thus the child is confused about sexual orientation in life. Think of all the natural born artists that never had a day of instruction, not to metion other skills.
Sorry, kinda soap boxed it.

No I don't, because I just don't see the point - it makes no sense to me. I mean, if you're condemned to live over and over until you get it right? That just doesn't compute.
On the other hand, just living over and over again for no reason is much easier to buy into. Like if there were a finite number of people....ok I don't really have a good theory on why this would happen! But it's more believable to me than the karmic reincarnation theory.

i believe in it, not as a certainty of course, but i strongly believe in the possibility. i've had "past life" memories, and reincarnation could explain how a 3 yr old "remembers" having genital mutilation done to her, when she doesn't even know what it is yet.
also, this book lead me to believe in it :
Many Lives, Many Masters: The True Story of a Prominent Psychiatrist, His Young Patient, and the Past-Life Therapy That Changed Both Their Lives
by Brian L. Weiss, M.D.

No, I really don't. I do, however, believe that it's entirely possible that memories can be passed down, which is why some people DO believe in reincarnation. I think children are more susceptible to things like that, which is why most "memories" fade as we get older.

How should I know? I've never died before. I suppose its just as likely as any other possibility. When someone who has died before comes in and answers this one, I might change my opinion. Until then, I am willing to admit that it is one possibility out of an infinite number of possibilities that we have no way of proving or disproving until we die ourselves.

i dunno what to think of it. i like to think it does hold some kind of truth. ive got a few books and stories of kids that have had past lives and told them during hypnosis, many of them were too young to be able to make the stories up on their own, and know that much about a past.
a 5 year old who could explain the happenings of the revolutionary war and what not. its very interesting
i have a movie called, Audrey Rose (not to be confused with EMILY rose) about this 11yr old girl who started having flashbacks of her past life where she died in a fire, she would randomly break out in burns and what not till she died later during a hypnotic trance.
