Go see a dermatologist. He will give you something for it. Also, take a bath in Aveno, or have someone rub Aveno w/oatmeal on your back. This product is available in any drugstore, and it works wonders. It is terrible to itch like that, and I have some idea what you re going through. My back itches because of dry skin, and I use Aveno products all the time.

Your harmones are changing and yes certain foods do make it a lot worse. Especially pork! sometimes some people can get acne from the ingredients used to process bacon, ham and some cheeses. Eat more chicken and fish and a lot of vegetables that clean out your blood stream. Drink V8 juice some have cleared it up by the carrot juice in the V8.
Take a hot shower every night and don't scratch you can get it infected and make it worse. Some drastic changes came to someone who are more fruit and quit eating fattty foods.
Nothing fried. Cleared up almost like boils. No junk food that is loaded with salt and fat. Nuts and chips are poison for that.
Go get a big bowl of salad with olive oil dressing, lots of fruits.

Tried Proactive and Acne Free (Acne Free is a brand you will find at walmart/walgreens). I've never had severe acne, just a little here and there, but Acne Free was just as good, less expensive (about $17?) and I didn't to sign up for a monthly membership or anything.

You're going to need to see a dermatologist for this. Only he can see exactly what's going on and either give you tablets or prescriptions to cure this. Do it.....it's worth it. Best of luck to you.
