Is the tray better than crest white strips? Im trynin the strips but they are hard to stay on! any advice

THE BEST ARE THE TRAYS FROM THE DENTIST.
WHY?
BECAUSE THE CUSTOM-MADE TRAYS DO NOT ALLOW THE BLEACHING MATERIAL TO GO ON THE GUMS. THE STRIPS SMEAR THE GEL UNTO THE GUMS AND DON'T STAY ON WELL.

White Strips are better, just before you apply them, lift your gums and dry your teeth with a soft cloth and apply the strips. I find the tray makes my teeth really sensitive.
