It seems to me that both Atheists and Christians use the word "the" a lot. Oh! I just used it there.
You might be more specific, are you looking for nouns, verbs, adjectives, conjunctions? Or perhaps you are looking for words that might revolve around their belief systems?

Here are a few christian words:
"athiest"
"athesist"
"evolutionist" / "evolutionism"
"darwinist" / "darwinism".
Nobody except christians uses the last four.
