This is the kind of crap that gets me pissed off. Mexico is NOT a third world country ok? In fact it is one of the richest, IN FACT THE US HAS TAKEN ALOTT OF MONEY FROM IT, other than the fact that they stole Mexican's land time ago. There are COUNTLESS people living over there very happy who don't even wish to come here. However, I will admit to this, many people over there think the U.S is so great but when they come here, they notice it isn't but its too late to 'just' go back. There are MANY reasons a Mexican could be proud of Mexico, people don't admit it but they're racist. They just can't stand it. Why don't you ask about everybody else? Why does it have to be only Mexicans? Why are so many people so proud of being Italian, or Canadian, or Honduran or whatever but still live here??? Your question is just messed up, you just want to pick specifically on the Mexicans. I don't know why many people bother with Mexicans, oh wait maybe I do, it just hurts them on how hard they work (c'mon you could admit to that) and how far they could get with that work. They're taking over, believe it or not, not only the stolen land, but all over. Also Mexico is so much more, the beliefs, language, culture, background.

Can you tell me why many other races do come here illegally but nobody ever mentions them? Why all they mention are Mexicans?? How my friend's mother and son have been sent back and him at the age of 17 had to quit school in order to keep paying the bills here and still get a better opportunity?? How can you talk bad about my people when they don't even mess with you?? How can you know that your ancestors did steal our land, most of us aren't asking for it back because it is the past, but you know its wrong, and still tell us to leave 'your' country?? You know what?? Screw that, I know all the stuff you guys have against my people but at least we have heart and honor and those 'sorries' I said before, take them out of your head, I'm not giving up and I AM going to make my family exceed, I AM going to become a lawyer and help other immigrants illegal or not. It's stupid how you can label somebody as 'illegal'. I'm not an object but I do have an objective, and my people are rising. We're not the ones attacking this country yet we're the most picked on. Pssh, even the names we're given, such as w etback, that are meant to insult us, make us rise. Many people think it comes from crossing the border but its true meaning came from Cali, where the Mexican workers would work so hard on the field their backs would be wet with sweat. So yeah I might whine, and I might get pissed off, but in the end it does make me stronger, us. Say what you want, we're the ones that are taking over. And that mister is what makes me proud to be Mexican.

P.S. There are PLENTY of jobs. Don't blame us for the fact that you're not good enough to get one. Tell me why Mexicans find a job anywhere and lazy bums sit around and take it then put the blame on us?? Pshh please, THAT is another reason why I am proud to be Mexican. We find a job ANYWHERE, and it doesn't matter if we have to MAKE a job, we'll do it, whatever it takes to put food on the table and clothes in the backs of the family. Don't have a job?? Go out to the streets and sell Chiclets, corn, water, fruit, anything. THAT is being a true hard-worker. Not waiting around for a Mexican to quit or get fired so you can go take that job. The truth is many Americans are 'too go0d' for that. Like I said, put your noses down. C'mon, don't give me that bull!

o please you're an example of whats wrong with society & how ignorant its become ; I am a mexican america , I'm proud of mexican hertitage because its my ethicnicity & i take pride of the color of my brown skin.I myself am not an immigrant but I can understand why the come over here. Mexico is a very poor country which happens to be located next to the richest country in thr world , if you're staving because you cant make enough money to support your family & you know that if you cross the US border you could make enough to keep you alive and to make a better life for yourself , what would you do?

Thats like my husband's step-dad. He's Romanian/Hungarian. He sits around watching the Spanish channel all day and doesn't speak any English (been here 3 years). He talks about how he hates the United States and if he was in Hungary still he'd be making thousands of dollars laying tile. He can't get a job doing house repairs cause the Mexicans stole all of those jobs. His step dad hates George W. and I told my husband to translate into Hungarian this. Pao, as usual if you are of a group than cannot make a good argument for their own inadequecies or illegality, it always comes up racism. We are talking about breaking the law, individuals that do that no matter what reason or rationale are CRIMINALS and nothing else. Those of us that bring that to light are not racist at all. That is two different issues, but, as I said some folks can't come up with a rational reason to defend the common criminal, so they call it racism. The illegals do not work any harder than most of the other citizens(legal) of this country. As for others that say we, Americans, stole the land from your ancestors, that was before laws were enacted. If your ancestors had of thought so much of this land, why did they not fight for it like the Americans did? They didn't because it was a wild land at that time and it would have taken too much of their time to get off of their lazy bums to fight for it much less develope it as the Americans have. Look at your country now, you have had the same opportunities to develope it with your form of government as we have and you have had more time to do it. What happened? I will tell you, laziness and complacentcy. You blame your corrupt government, fix it then. You blame your economy, fix it then. If you want, model it after the USA and FIX IT!! But quit coming here illegally, and telling us that you have rights to do this and to do that.....you are a common criminal and you have no rights as a legal citizen of our country except to become an outcast and an inmate of our prison system. We are not racist, we have welcomed immigrants for many years and still do so no matter color, creed, or religion. But those folks are here legally and are proud to be here and follow our laws and tenets.

I would not be offended if I see an immigrant waving his home country flag here in Mexico. But the situation in the USA is different. Undocumented Mexicans in the USA should respect that country, an if they are really proud of being Mexicans, I would expect them to be in Mexico, no matter their economical situation. Of course, one can be pround of one's nationality and immigrate, but one needs to respect the culture of your host country.
