1. Bournemouth specialises in schools of English for students from abroad, as you must know. There does not seem to be anything, at least on the internet, and I have tried a number of ideas. Here's a list of language schools, but you'll see the predominance of English.

2. Unless you want to rely on the internet for online tuition, or you are prepared to learn by "teach yourself", then I think you have to look for private tuition, which will probably be one-to-one. I suggest that these are your options for getting such tuition.
a) Brazilian students. You could put an ad in the paper, or even on the notice board of local schools of English. You may be able to barter free tuition in return for English conversation. The down side is that you won't have an experienced (and therefore effective) language trainer.
b) Brazilian media. This is a longer shot. There are a number of Brazilian magazines and similar produced in the UK (Leros is best). It may be possible to get a free or cheap ad in them. The down side of this is that most Brazilians are in London, and the focus/circulation of these publications is there.

c) Library. This is even more speculative. However local libraries do hold local information. There might be something useful there. Some libraries have cheap postcard style adverts on a display board (as newsagents often do), and language tuition is a common advert. The library staff might know of a Brazilian association, or a Portuguese-speaking club.

Hello, dear friend!
Unfortunetly I don't know a good Brazilian Portuguese course in UK, but I think you should take a look at Brazil's embassy website in UK, at ww.brazil.org.uk or make a personal visit. The address is:

London W1K 7AT
T : 020 7399 9000
F : 020 7399 9100
info@brazil.org.uk

The Embassy of Brazil is situated in Mayfair, close to Marble Arch underground station.
See a map of the area

Opening Hours
The Embassy of Brazil is open Monday through Friday from 10am to 1pm and from 2pm to 6pm.

I hope it could help you to learn our language. I'm very happy to know that there are people around the world, specially in UK that want to learn how to speak Portuguese. Go 4 it and you'll be able to speak it and interact with natives!

Boa Sorte!(good luck!)
