If you read my long answer to your first question (I apologize for the length, some of those bull headed people irritate me to no end) and feel like talking to someone, feel free to message me. I understand where you're coming from on this one.

Why does God look at the institute of marriage in a good manner? That is explicitly shown in both the old and new testament. If you are going to make the case of incest according to Mosaic law, there are restrictions on what is considered incest.

The issue of homosexuality, it is seen as sin in the Bible, but I'd make the case no more than lying. If you look at homosexuality it is always in a list of other sins and not set of as any worse than another. God does love ALL people, including those involved in homosexuality. But He is holy and hates all sin. God looks at those who commit homosexuality as sinner, just as much as someone who lies, commits fornications, or anything else. That is why we need a Savior. But just as in any sin, a person must look to change from that sin.

Andrew, you are so right. We have all sinned and fallen short of God's expectations. We all deserve punishment and death. Any of us could choose the sin of homosexuality, we could choose to commit adultery, fornication or to murder or steal. We are born sinful.

God tells us that is the reason He Himself came to the earth in the form of the man, Jesus Christ, God's only begotten Son, to live, suffer and die so that we could be forgiven and declared NOT GUILTY.

We don't have to accept our sinful nature. But, in order for God's sacrifice of His Son to take place for us is we must accept Him as our Lord and Savior and accept Him into our lives to change our hearts, minds and lives.

Jesus was without sin and therefore, the only qualified person to do this for us. He now lives in Heaven with God and has prepared a place for those of us who will choose to be with Him there. Only acceptance of Jesus will give us forgiveness and access to God.

the whole idea of christianity is to put ur corrupt fleshly desires under your control and let your newly reborn spirit rule ur life through the Holy Spirit and not letting sin rule u and destroy u ...becoming a christian allows u to rein in ur sin ... the sin doesnt condemn u because Christ paid the price for it .. however , if u do not repent of it and turn from it then u are not forgiven ... it comes from within ...so if u allow sin to reign in your life openly then its obvious that you are not living according to the truth within u ...

The Almighty YHVH set up a system. He sent His “Son” YAHOSHUA to die for the sins of mankind so they would not have to. (They could choose to, but did not have to). Any person who chooses not to allow Yahoshua to take care of their sins, chooses to remain attached to their sins. They thus will wind up in the lake of fire which is YHVH method of cleaning this world, and eliminating sin and sinners. The Creator set aside the Seventh day for rest and worship. Yes that is the day usually called “Saturday”. We are not saved by obedience, we are saved by faith. However we are saved FOR obedience. As He said in John 14:15 (and in many other places) “If you love me, keep my commandments.

Homosexuality is a direct result of total rejection of God, and it is contagious. See Romans 1.

yes it's worse than lying why don't you just try lying about it and get in the closet and do it to each other there and nobody will care. Jesus didn't die for homosexuals unless they stay in the closet and do it to each other in there. and no fellatio either God is watching you know.

Yes, we all sin.

The question is have you confessed your sins to God and asked for His forgiveness?

If so, and if you are truly sorry and you humbly repent, you are good to go.
