but just because he's not listed there does not mean hes never had one. Many times, if the case is settled out of court, one of the stipulations is that its not listed with the state.

Go to your phone directory in the government section and look up Health department. From there im pretty sure they would be able to tell you who to contact for the information you are seeking.
