I know it's not late enough to be doing the off-the-wall, totally-unrelated-to-R&S questions, but hey... I need all the help I can get.

Quiting isn't as bad as some make it out to be i.e.( withdraws). Keep plenty of gum avalible.

Ok
Just keep thinking how bad it stinks.
I stopped 4/5/05 getting out of the hospital of 3 days and just quit all together. I had so many pain killers. I didn't care.
I can smell that stink, but it does not bother me.
I just laugh at the fools.

It's never too early for the off-the-wall, not-related-to-R&S questions.

Good job deciding to quit. If you feel yourself slipping, grab a piece of gum or something. The first week is the hardest, after that it does get much easier.

Good for you. I'm quitting as well & it's been rough. You can do it & it is worth it. Think of all the money you'll save! I'm going to spend the money I save on more cute undies. Think of what you'll do with the moeny you'll save, that's my happy thought anyway.

If you're actually being serious, congrats mate. Might want to consider investing in a month's supply of sugarfree gum..

God burns addicts and homosexuals in Hell.

I'm not sure how encouraging that is but Christians love using the threat as a motivational tool so I figured I'd try it.
