why do i have pain around my waist when i sleep???

when i go to bed then i get pain around my waist area. why does this happen? remember best answer gets 10 points

It could be any number of things. Maybe it's the way you're laying or perhaps your mattress need to be turned (side to side and end to end). Maybe you need a new mattress if it's more than 10 years old.
