Baked potato, whenever I order a baked potato in a restaurant I always have them bring lots of sour cream. I like a little baked potato with my sour cream!!!
Otherwise, I'm not real crazy about it except in some dips.

One of my favorites is a mushroom burger with sour cream. Grilled burger, good bun, sauteed fresh mushrooms, swiss cheese, and sour cream. Yummy!

I mix sour cream with freshly sliced cucumber and make it into cucumber salad, add salt and pepper...Yum and refreshing. By the way it also tastes good with gyro.
