Exercise is the key. Try a heavy punching bag. It is a major workout and release. Also, take steps to avoid becoming frustrated. Good planning and realizing you can only do what you can do will help.

The best way for me to release my frustrations or stress, is to work out. I usually go to the gym and play raquetball it's great to hit the ball as hard as you can up against the wall. It's a great way for me to get into shape and it helps relieve my stress. I also like to swim and sit in the sauna or steam room and just kind've collect my thoughts. Good quality quite time!

I put on the first godsmack cd and clean my house while cursing all who contributed to the mess, then soak in a nice bubble bath and the frustrations seem to go right down the drain.

If things are really bad, I call my venting friends or I write it down. Just getting it out if your head helps a lot.

I like to exercise or do some form of physical activity, failing that I do something creative like sketch or paint.
The worst thing to do is nothing as your frustration will only get worse.

Do some sort of active sport....tennis, ping pong, bowling. All good stress relievers.

i normally do a really strenuous work out. something i can focus on and get all my energy out on. like sprinting 2 miles. also try painting. its calm and relaxing. i do something that will get all of my attention. also your favorite type of music will calm you. i like bright eyes. maybe you will too.
