Sweetheart, this will be easier if you realize that you are not in love with this boy. It's called a crush and to the inexperienced it sure does feel like love, but it isn't. (Love is much better than a crush. :) Just wait for it. You'll know.)
It is a crush, and it seems to be an unreciprocated one at that. They suck. I know. If this is your first, understand that it is only the first in a line of painful, senseless attractions. If you feel like it might possibly play out, make every effort to get to know this boy. Otherwise, just get involved with something. Stay busy. Attraction will fade, and eventually you'll meet the love of your life, and you'll realize how silly a crush seems next to how you love that one person.
I know this probably will be little comfort--as someone who crushes only rarely and VERY hard, I know exactly how heart-tearing it is.
