How the heck long does it last? I'm killing time on here because I just can't sleep (4 AM) for me. I took Ambien for awhile, stopped about a week ago. Anybody have a similar experience, and what did you do to help?
I know to talk to my doc, but he's on holiday and can't be reached.
Thought maybe one of you could help--Thanks!

YOUR BODY IS TOO USED , TO IT ..SERIOUSLY YOU MAY HAVE TO GO ON "REMERON" TO REPLACE THE AMBIEN , REMERON IS NOT HABIT FORMING , AND HELPS WITH YOUR SLEEP PROBLEMS!
TAKES 5 + HOURS , FOR CAFFEINE TO LEAVE YOUR BODY , SO YOU WANNA LIMIT THAT TOO!

Get some melatonin from a drug store or GNC. It's a natural supplement that will help u sleep. Ur going through what they warn U about,"it could be habit forming" Your system is use to it. It will take a couple of weeks where U wont need it. That happens with most all prescription sleep meds. Same thing can happen with tylenol pm or any of the OTC sleep aids. I found the melatonin is the least habit forming & it works well in help going to sleep. hope this helps or gives U something to think about.
