Hi i have seen by the answers already you know the formula for water H'2'O.But i think you want the literal way water is made so i will answer this for you.There are alot of rivers ,lakes and oceans etc in the world,these are a kind of recycling plant for are water supply.As the temperatures rise and tiny water evaporates into the sky they then become clouds.As more and more water vapour rises the cloudy get heavier and darker,until they burst normally over higher ground and it rains.

one part Hydrogen to two parts oxygen and poofta you have water H20. Or you turn on the kitchen sink work about as well and it is already chlorinated.
