Invite them all , but let them all know who is going to be at the party. if you choose one to invite over the other, theres defiintely going to be hurt feelings. Send them all an invitation, let them know whats going on, and let them decide for themselves if they want to come or not. That way you didnt choose sides.

I wouldn't invite the single woman - everybody will be watching their husbands all night!
I'd invite the couple but get him to one side and tell him he is only here cause you like his wife (who is the only one who did nothing wrong out of the three of them!)

Try explaining the situation to both and explain to them that you want to invite both, but that if they both came, they'd have to behave or get kicked out. After that, it's up to them to decide what to do. If they're really your friends, they won't make you pick sides. Hopefully, someone will bow out so that you can enjoy your evening and maybe invite them and not the others next time.

Invite them all and let them sort if out. If they all know that you are not into playing games, they will decide if they want to come or not. As long as attendance is voluntary, there will be no "awkward" moments.

I say the couple, but if you care about the single person left out, do something special with her, like a meal or even a second party at another time.
No need for hurt feelings.

You can invite them all, but let everybody know who's coming and let them work it out. Otherwise, you will be the bad guy for inviting one but not the other.

Please don't make them sort it out at your party! I think you should invite the couple. Have another party another day and invite the single friend, or take her to lunch or something.

Invite whomever you'd like to attend. If you would like to invite them all, then do. It's your party. If they call and ask who you have invited, tell them, and let them decide if they wish to attend.
Don't leave anyone out.
