I want to get a digital body but I still want to use my EOS500 USM lenses on it. I have two Sigma Lenses too that i want to keep using. Does such a body exist?

Canon's EOS AF lenses work on all of Canon's dSLR bodies. Third party lenses SHOULD work fine, but there are no guarantees. Either try them out in a camera shop or Google for a specific body-lens combo for compatibility issues.
Also note that the dRebel line (300D/ 350D/ 400D) and the 20D/ 30D effectively magnify your lenses by a factor 1.6. Some of the older (semi-)pro models magnify by a factor 1.3, and the 'full-frame' 5D and 1Ds Mk2 don't magnify at all.
