He treats me so well and I can see us fouling around really soon, but that's not what i want, I want us to have a true none s-e-xual relationship, but how do i keep him interested?

Come up with fun activities that you both would enjoy doing together but will keep you around other people so that you're not feeling pressed to do something that you aren't ready for.
If that doesn't work, then let him know that you really like him but aren't ready for a sexual relationship. Being honest with each other are the building blocks for any good relationship.

how do you keep a guy interested other for sex?
how are you with your other firends? family?
bottom line: be yourself, do things the both of you...if he hasnt brought up or is pushing the sex issue, dont worry about it. If he wanted to have sex, he would have said it already.
