Well let's say that you brought the risotto without delay from the restaurant to home, then you put it right into the refrigerator, and that you keep the temperature of your fridge at least at 40F, that give us a little more time, I will say 3 days at the most, I mean it is still edible but the flavor and the texture won't be the same, the rice and seafood are easily damaged for the cold, they dry and it is hard to reconstitute, furthermore the rice absorbs odors and the seafood spoils as soon as 3 days too.
I suggest to reheat at least 165F for 10 seconds and consume immediately.

Well, hopefully you've got that plate well covered. I would go for 2, maybe 3 days at the most.

Atleast a good 3-4 days tops so it won't get moldy.
