In the past three days, my shoulder and back muscles have been uncontrolably tensing tighter and tigher, until I have extreem nausia. My head throbs and I am often over heated. Then as a result of tense tention in my back and shoulder muscles I get a migrane. I take a muscle relaxer and within a couple of hours my back and shoulders feel better and my migrane/ or migrane symptoms are gone. Then it starts all over again. Furthermore I have been expiencing light headedness, and uncontrolable movement of my eyes. My eyes tend to roll up in the back of my head and move left and right rapidly. I have been under a lot of stress lately, but nothing more than I usually handle. I am looking for answers; any ideas with what might be happening to me?

wow....
get to a Dr
get to a chiropractor
you need a complete analysis...hopefully you have a primary care Dr that is intelligent enough to know how important chiropractic is also..
my first reaction was a pinched nerve in your upper vertebrae, but
please check this out asap, before it worsens, heaven only knows what will happen next..
temporary relief may be gained with a yoga posture that comes to mind, lie on your back, bring your knees to your chest, wrap your arms around them and gently roll forward and backwards on your spine..that will relieve some of the pressure on your upper back..but.....get to the Dr...
good luck to you

The shoulder and back muscles are having spasms, causing the tension and the headache. I would think this is not a migraine.........the symptoms are not the same, you are having a tension headache, sometimes in clusters. The rapid eye movement, I don't know, are you just making that part up? I've never heard of someone having that issue from stress. To control the muscle spasms, you will need to take the muscle relaxant daily, not just when it happens. The key is to prevent the spasm in the first place. You don't say what kind of job you do, but workers on computers often have upper back/neck issues from the constant sitting in front of the computer. You can do stretches to lengthen your muscles, easing into it slowly. You can use a heating pad as well, or make a rice sock. Get a tube sock, fill with rice(about 3 cups)white or brown, instant or not. Tie off the sock and put in microwave and nuke it for 2-3 minutes. It will be very hot!!! Let cool enough to place on your back between your shoulder blades. Sit and relax, the deep moist heat will help ease the tension in the muscles. Good luck.

It sounds like a sodium depleatment. Try mixing 1/2 teaspoon of salt in a 12 oz glass drink it down. If problem gets worse go to doctor. Could also be high spinal fluid pressure. That would require a spinal tap to find out if that is true.
