they don't even go about courting one another. many different suitors go after one female to mate. they don't even consider feelings. they don't even go on dates. I have seen many females on the wild in discovery channel get over powered and raped right in front of all the other animals. yet they don't do anything about it? do you think it's okay? why is there so much sexism and hatred?

"they don't even go about courting one another. many different suitors go after one female to mate. they don't even consider feelings. they don't even go on dates." ----- That is not rape, so your whole question just fell apart... and the discovery channel thing is completely different b/c they're animals with a need to mate and procreate that is instilled in their DNA, whereas humans have a more subtle need like that, but they also have a conscience and free will and all that... it makes us a lot different from animals.. and yes, everyone knows rape is bad, and sexism comes from traditional ways of life from way back when...

I'm sorry if this has happended to you, but your question is hard to understand.
It seems that you are asking about why animals on the Discovery Channel rape without courting or considering the feelings of other animals. I suppose it is because most animals are not capable of this level of reasoning.
Why do some human men do it? I guess for the same reason that some people rob, murder, or cheat other people. Some people just have no conscience.

For a second I thought this was a question on rape in the human world. I don't think animals consider conception rape. The female actually chooses her partner in most cases. She wants the strongest male to mate with so her offspring will be strong and her offspring will be protected. There is smaller chance of a lesser male killing her offspring in fear of retribution from the dominant male.

The animal kingdom is different that humans. The animals go by instinct, we humans are above that. Yes, we have some instincts too, but we have logic above that. As for humans that rape-that is where men have a problem and rape a woman-to have power over her.

Seems like to me you have been a victim! If you are please get help! I have been raped before by two guys and got pregnant eventually I miscarried but my family thought that I was just being an irresponsible teenager! I never talked to anyone when it happened! My Baby died January 31, 2003 and this time of the year it kills me inside!

What I've have seen in stories...The men who do it want to feel in control...the like the feeling of having power over women...it's like a drug to them...
Even when there are hookers out there and women who are willing to give it away free...they like the power struggle...taking without asking getting what they want...
That's why I keep telling my daughter to beware many men out there can't be trusted...they will hurt her and not care...

rape is wrong and i would never defend it, however, i'm going to explain why they happen.
there are always exceptions, but many rapes happen because of the way women are. women wave their sexuality in men's faces. they doll themselves up, wear provocative clothing, put on expensive perfumes that are meant to stimulate a man's sexual senses, and ect. but when a man notices them and tries to court them, they get offended and coldly refuse his advances.
if you were to wave a juicy steak in front of a hungry lion then refuse to give it to him, he'll attack you. why? because you stirred up his arousal for food and he needs to satisfy it.
men rape because to them, it's means getting something that is out of their reach.
