Nope not till 4pm this afternoon. Tasting wine at work. French wines I think, ooh-la-la. I love my job.
Today's tasting
Chardonnays
NK'Mip (ink-a-meep) B.C
Apple, pear and slate flavours. A bit oaky. like burnt toast. Finish was somewhat short.
Bouchard Aine & Fils
Green apple, mineral and honey. Crisp finish. Made me long for Risotto.
Estancia
Bold big typical Californian Chard. Pineapple, citrus and baked.
apple. Big oak spice. Creamy on the palate.

my wife has just given me eight tins of carlin (pints), not bad for four pound. So I'll av them and a couple of spliffs before I go to bed,,,,emm,,,,,wellard.
