Plus there's a hadith that says if u ask forgivness 100 times a day your sins are all erased no matter how many they are..
and in between each prayer your sins are forgiven
and between each Friday prayer your sins are forgiven, unless u commit a sin against God ...

Yes if they realize and seek forgiveness. Its not the matter of Muslims only... but anyone who seeks forgiveness.

Yes. I only recently converted to Islam (within the last month) but I know that all past transgressions are forgiven once that first step is taken into Islam.

Yes if you sincerely turn to ALLAH in repentance He will forgive you of your sins. Just promise to try not to do the same sin again.
