Mmmmm, yes, from Sarducci's Restaurant in Montpelier, VT!

Too often a restaurant will pass off an italian-y type dressing with extra garlic, but at this restaurant the dressing was traditional: coddled eggs, anchovies and WAAYY too much garlic!!! What a culinary experience!!!

Definitely!!

I love caesar salad. It was at a very nice fine dining restaurant. When I looked at the menu I thought, ho-hum another caesar salad that would be like all the rest. But I was wrong.

It had a stronger anchovy/garlicky flavor which made it incredible. It was served in a parmesan crisp bowl. I think our total bill for the night came to around $240, with just 2 people. I guess you get what you pay for. :)

Uh, yeah, many times. Some Caesar's do suck, but I'd say about 80% of the ones I order come out not over-dressed. To help avoid it, I order the dressing on the side and dip my fork in it first.
