spliting up with my partner n we had rude pictures of each other on our phones. he asked me to delete his and i did. he also as a video of me. i am worried he didnt delete it has he lies. if your a man what would you do. if he does do i have any legal rights to prosecute

When you say rude, what kind of rude? Were you eating with your mouth open, cussing, farting, what were the pictures of? They couldn't be that rude, if you let him take them.

Good lesson for all... NEVER let em take compromising pictures of you. I don't think he deleted them and will probably show them to others. Legal rights to prosecute???? for what? Did you have a signed contract not to show these to anyone. I don't think you would have a case. Just don't piss him off and he may be nice and not post them on line.

i do no longer think of that's rude for a kinfolk member to quikly scroll throgh your image in the event that they're intereated. even however i f the make a habit you will desire to tell them. that's a completly diffrent thaing in case you coach a bus butty a percentto bypass time and he starts off scrollin via your %.

honestly I would probably keep the pictures... but... I am not sure you have any legal rights either...
Unless you are under 18...
I however wouldn't share the pics with others... and he probably won't either unless... he is mad at you and knows that would be the ultimate way to get back at you...
Your best bet is to just pretend like you trust him to get rid of them...
