It's puffy, how do i fix it.

i have really straight hair, but one of my friends have puffy hair and she keeps hers straight by using a really good conditioner (TIGI Serious Conditioner --is what she uses). its kind of expensive but works wonders on her hair. Also, she gets her hair trimmed every two months and she asks for it to be thinned as well and that takes alot of the thick puffiness out of it. then she just uses a good flat iron on it and it looks the same as my hair only a little better because she actually has some volume. Before you get out of the shower, rinse your har with cold water. When you dry your hair and after you straighten it, blast it with cold air from the hair dryer. This closes the hair folicle and prevents it from getting frizzy and/or poofy. Also try Garnier Fructis smoothing cream.

Buy some John Frieda 'frizz serum'. It's relatively cheap and works the best!
