Looking for secondary insurance to help with medical costs, any recommendations?

My company provides insurance for me and I added my family, but 2007 has all new rates for my plan (Cigna). My prescription rates went from $35-$50 copay to 30 % - 50%. I can't afford to keep this up! and its only Feb. I've been trying to look up secondary insurance but it seems to be for Medicare or Medical insured. Does any one have secondary insurance and what company is it? THanks
