Normal Routine Service -

* Include your departure date on your application.

After you apply - You will receive your passport: Ordinarily, within 6 weeks. However, processing times can vary depending on workload and occasional unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters. During busier times, such as the summer travel season, we encourage customers to expedite their applications if traveling in less than 8 weeks.

* Cost, in addition to regular application fees, is $60 per application plus overnight delivery costs.
* Two-way overnight delivery is strongly suggested.
* If you mail in - clearly mark Expedited on the envelope.

After you apply - You will receive your passport:Ordinarily, if you paid additionally for expedited service and two-way overnight delivery within about 2 weeks

It's a shame you don't live overseas. I am an American living in Tunisia and whenever we renew a passport for anyone in our family it only takes 10 days to 2 weeks and we don't pay any extra charges.

It will probably take about 6 - 8 weeks. You can get a rush job, but it's more expensive. You'll get it in about 1-2 weeks.

i was told 6 to 8 weeks but received it in 3. my daughter got hers in 4 weeks.

usually about 4weeks (they say 6-8) but you can get it faster by paying more. two weeks minimum should be counted on.
