You will have to apply for a work visa and/or permanent resident visa. Immigration to Canada is based on a points system, with amount of education, marketable skills, professional status, financial resources and other things all worth a number of points towards the total. Which means your chances of being accepted are better if you are well educated and have a good career.
If you have family in Canada, they can help by sponsoring you. Or finding an employer in Canada to sponsor you.
