Call your local VA or the VA @ 1-800-672-3782, they will give you the address you need to request your medical records in St. Louis Missori.

Sorry your son is never ever getting back into the any branch of the military. I wish him the best. I served in the army and would see people crack all the time. I don't know if he will be able to get disability as a dislocated shoulder and elbow is pretty common and people make a full recovery from that. Also if he can't go through basic training without having a mental breakdown he should not be around guns. I made it through basic trading with fractured ribs and a punctured lung. He is just not cut out for the service. Spend him to college he should do well.

Try this website, they should have a link to personnel records in st. louis that can obtain and retrieve all those records for free.

Go to your register of deeds office. they keep track of all those records
