Today right, i woke up, went to the bathroom, then i brought my arm up to wash my hands, then i just let my hand fall to my side, and when i did that i felt a sharp stingy pain in my right arm, right around the wrist. I tried swinging my lower arm up and down a bit to see what would happen, well it stung a little of course, but my vein started to pop out, it was popping out all the way from my hand, to my elbow, anyone got any ideas?

Could be carpal tunnel syndrome

It could be:
carpel tunnel
broken blood vessel
Or, you could have slept on it wrong. I wake up many nights and my hand is numb - it goes away after a while. If you are worried about it, maybe you should go to the doctor.

Go and get tested for RA, it could be just you laying on your wrist, it could be just Arthritis or it could Rheumatoid Arthritis.
The vein popped because you swung your arm up and down.
