Really good all chopped up served on a warm corn tortilla with homemade Pico de Gallo....mmmm.delicious.
Pico de Gallo is
chopped tomato, onion, serrano chile and cilantro, salt & pepper to taste.

I feel your pain! They are so delicious! If you are on a low carb diet, you can have a few as a treat and not feel guilty about it. Or, you can be like me, and when watching football, or a really good basketball game say, "Screw It" and have pork rinds and beer and enjoy both AND the game, and then the next day eat healthy..

Depends on what kind. Some are high in protein, some are low in carbs. You don't want to eat them too often, though. They can have a lot of sodium.
