You would need the manual for that. From what I know, most of these jets are started with a start switch on the overhead panel and placing the fuel switch to run when the engine reaches 20 percent. Of course, the exact procedures are outlined in the Flight Manual which I don't have access to.

I'm sorry these people don't understand what they are talking about. For those wondering, a Level D 767 is a add-on to flight simulator that is made ultra-realistic by a 3rd party. As to answer your question, I'm not positive. It should have come with an extensive manual. My best guess, however, is run the starter until you get around 20% n1, then turn on the fuel flow. There may also be a continuous ignition switch that is needed.

First you need the APU on, or a ground cart to supply air, to do an engine start.
