What is this sharp headache in my eyes and/or head, lasting only 4 -5 seconds?
This has been happening for as long as 2 years now. I haven't thought much on it because I thought it was stress related, but now I wonder. I can sit around doing nothting, then BAM! it stikes. I feel a real sharp pain in my eyes and or head. Most of the time is blurrs my vision and the most painful ones cause me to stagger and lean over.

They normaly have a duration of 3-5 seconds and are gone as quickly as they came. They appear very randomly and have occured as long as 2 months inbetween each, and as short as 1day apart. Never more than once on that day.

I dont get nausious, I dont feel like im going to pass out. Its just an outright Pain that feels like pressure trying to escape through my eye sockets.

any ideas?

Could be a "cluster headache". See your primary care doctor. If they are uncomfortable handling this type of headache then see a headache specialist or an interventional pain management specialist

I found this:

Question
What can cause sharp pains in the head? They don't last real long but are scary. Could this be a tumor? I am having sinus problems and pms right now, could that cause it? I also have TMJ. Thanks.

Answer
head pain/aches;

sometimes it seems like nothing feels worse than a nasty headache. it throbs,it bangs,it squeezes. it can feel as if its twisting your head inside out and wringing all the energy from your body.

headaches are incredibly widespread. nine out of ten headaches are muscle contraction headaches, also known as tension headaches.
often triggered by stress and fatigue, these headaches are caused by sustained contraction of the head and neck muscles.
tension usually strikes in the late afternoon and can feel like a tight band is wrapped around your head.
the notorious migrane occurs when blood vessels in the scalp dilate. if often begins early in the morning with intense pain on one side of the head or behind the eyes.
headahce pain in women may be connected to the menstrual cycle.

i feel if this a serious matter,[everyday]you should see a doctor for proper treatment.

Headache is a pain in the head, scalp or neck. Headaches can be
caused by minor problems like eyestrain, lack of coffee or more
serious reasons like head injury, brain tumors, encephalitis and
meningitis. Taking painkillers continuously can have harmful side
effects, so it is better to modify your lifestyle. More information
